Returns

Returns are only accepted if the item is:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect

Unused and in original condition

Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

Items purchased on sale, discount, or clearance are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery

 Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved and the product is received, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued through:

  • The original payment method for prepaid orders
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Products without original packaging
